Thesis 5 - Mongooch EP Design

For the fifth installment of my graphic design thesis, I decided to work first-hand with a local band and design their EP album. Because they were just starting out, they did not have any copy to give me for a cd booklet so we decided to just go with the basic album design. I spoke with the lead singers of the band and they expressed how they pictured their album to be 'filled with color' and almost psychedelic looking. For this album, I used ink and colored pencil to draw the shapes and colors used for the front and back cover. But I also took a photograph of a fire pit and manipulated the photo so much so I could use it on the front cover.
